11-18-2001 Wolfsheim are working on a new longplayer, which is planned to be released next year, furthermore there will be a preview-single for this longplayer and a DVD with their Videos and Live-recordings will be released. And there are plans for a Wolfsheim-US-Tour.
The last Album Spectators has be released in package with the two maxis Once in a lifetime and Künstliche Welten at a special price (but only in Germany). The Spectators-Album recently has been released on Metropolis Records in the US.
09-07-2001 Two new concert dates are fixed and scheduled for this month, one for the preempted concert at the woodstage festival and one concert at Leipzig. The dates can be found in Tour.
05-30-2001 Additionally to playing live at the Woodstage-Festival this year Wolfsheim will also perform live at the Meraluna-Festival. According to the official Goethes Erben homepage (in german only) they will release a maxi together with Peter Heppner called Glasgarten in september.
05-05-2001 Markus Reinhardt has released a first title with his side project Care Company. Additionally a Video was produced for this title. Peter Heppner has worked together with Schiller recording a song and also has done something together with Goethes Erben.

09-16-2000 Peter Heppner has performed on a single for the benefit of the Nordoff-Robbins-Foundation. This Foundation uses music as therapy for handicapped. A video exists for this single, too. It is currently shown on german music tv. The single will be released on the 18th September 2000.
The planned new Wolfsheim-Maxi is delayed and bound to be released next year. But it should be more an EP than a single and is planned for release around January/February. The three to four tracks will not be on any further album.
Wolfsheim have licensed Metropolis Records to release their stuff in the USA. Maybe they even will tour the USA.
07-04-2000 There were some problems concerning the payment of the bands on the Wave Gothic Meeting in Leipzig, you can find out more on the official wolfsheim hompage (in german only) including an official statement of wolfsheim. The planned maxi cd is delayed and now scheduled for next year. The No Comment maxi cd with contribution of Markus Reinhardt will be released at the end of this month.
05-12-2000 A new live date is fix: On the 19th of August 2000 in Dresden at the Doomsday Festival.
04-10-2000 Markus Rheinhardt has worked together with No Comment on their new single "I Won`t Cry". Refering to the Zillo magazine he first planned to record the song with Wolfsheim. The single is planned to be released on 10th of June 2000.
03-28-2000 Wolfsheim will be at the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig from 9th to 12th June this year.
01-26-2000 Sorry for the long update-less time, but I currently have a lack of time. There will be a new maxi from Wolfheim this autumn. It will be a single maxi like Elias or Thunderheart. Peter Heppner is currently recording a song together with Pia Lund (ex Voodoo Club) and there will be a classic long version of Künstliche Welten. Sorry for the still missing english translations.

10-20-1999 The planned video compilation from Wolfsheim will not only consist of material from the spectators tour. There also will be a not broadcasted shot from wolfsheim performed for german Top of the pops show on it and perhaps other material.

08-06-1999 Die Wahlen zum Zuschauerkometen von Viva II sind gelaufen... Bekanntgabe des Ergebnisses auf der Veranstaltung zum Kometen. Während des Bizarre-Festivals, wo Wolfsheim am 22. August live spielen, wird ein Livechat mit Wolfsheim im Internet veranstaltet. Hier die offizielle Mitteilung:
Der Mitteilung ist ausserdem zu entnehmen, daß der Auftritt von Wolfsheim im WDR-Fernsehen gesendet wird. Der Livemitschnitt von Wolfsheim wird am 05.09.1999 zwischen 1.20 Uhr und 6.15 Uhr gesendet. Genauere Infos findet ihr auf der Seite des Rockpalastes.
Weiterhin gibt es mittlerweile eine Maxi-LP von Sleep Somehow mit einem Remix von Sleep Somehow. Sorry, diese Info kommt schon ziemlich spät :-O.

06-30-1999 In diesem Sommer sind Wolfsheim auf ein paar Festivals vertreten (siehe Tourdaten). Mark Oh hat eine Coverversion von The Sparrows and the nightingales herausgebracht. Auf www.wolfsheim.de äußert sich Peter Heppner dazu (in den Neuigkeiten).
03-29-1999 Mittlerweile ist das Album Spectators in die höchsten Regionen der Top 100 vorgestossen, nachdem es auf Platz 3 neueingestiegen war! Weiterhin gibt es eine weitere Singleauskopplung Künstliche Welten aus dem aktuellen Album, zu der es auch ein Video gibt. Die Maxi erscheint am 29.03.1999. Die Tour war wohl restlos ausverkauft (Ich hab´ zumindest keine Karten mehr bekommen...)!

Von Heroin, she said gibt es einen Remix von Ernst Horn (Deine Lakaien) der sich auf dem neuen Zillo-Sampler befindet (vielleicht ist er ja auch auf der Maxi drauf...).
Von Sleep somehow habe ich bei einem CD-Versender eine 12" Remix Schallplatte gesichtet.
02-11-1999 Am 1. Februar ist das neue Album Spectators erschienen. Im März wollen Wolfsheim ihre Spectators-Tour fortsetzen, die Tourdaten findest Du auf der OnTour Seite.
11-29-1998 Die neue Single Once in a lifetime hat sich mittlerweile erfolgreich in den Singlecharts plaziert und befindet sich in dieser Woche unter den Top 30. Auch ein Video gibt es zu dem Titel, welches auch schon bei Viva und Viva II gespielt wurde.
Das neue Album heißt Spectators und soll im Februar '99 erscheinen.
09-06-1998 Am 19.10.1998 erscheint die neue Wolfsheim Maxi mit dem Titel Once in a lifetime. Das neue Album wird Spectators heißen, wobei hier noch kein Veröffentlichungstermin genannt ist. Ab dem 23.10.1998 gehen Wolfsheim zunächst für 10 Termine auf Tour (siehe auch unter den Tourdaten), die Tour soll dann im Frühjahr '99 fortgesetzt werden.
05.06.1998 Im Moment befinden sich Wolfsheim in Belgien im Studio, um das neue Album aufzunehmen. Als Vorbote soll im Juli eine Single erscheinen, bevor dann im Oktober das neue Album erscheinen soll, welches wesentlich elektronischer ausfallen soll als Dreaming Apes.
03-15-1998 Die EP gibts wohl nicht. Dafür soll im September das neue Album erscheinen. Weiterhin ist für den Oktober eine Tour geplant.
01-04-1998 Seit vorletztem Monat gibt es wieder einem Wolfsheim-Fanclub. Nähere Infos auf der Homepage von Uwe Becker. Weiterhin soll dieses Jahr die EP mit dem Arbeitstitel E. und zum Jahresende ein neues Album erscheinen.
09-07-1997 Aufgrund einer Erkrankung des Sängers wird es dieses Jahr wohl nichts mehr mit der EP, auch eine geplante Tour mußte ins Wasser fallen. Zumindest soll aber dieses Jahr noch ein Live-Album erscheinen.
07-15-1997 Ende September / Anfang Oktober soll eine neue Wolfsheim-EP mit dem Titel "E." erscheinen. Die EP soll 6 Titel enthalten, die thematisch unheimlich gut zusammen passen und deshalb als EP erscheinen.
